■     Since this machine is made of high quality profiled bars under the timely heat treatment,so it can bear expansibility of high-consistency products without transmutation and have a high-intensity. It selected the PLC entirely computer touching display controlling system and made out the products recurrently and full-automatically form the mould opening, mould combining to the materials filling and heating,heat preservation,vaccum cooling, mould taking off,putting up the manaactures.

■     The machine mould antrun is made of special ainico main plate with good efficiency for high heat exchange ,top-class anti-extension and can be use for a long time .

■     It adopted the advanced international technice of penetrate heating and moulding with the transformer fan to sucking the materials out, cooling caused good penetrability and joint, the high speed to molding, to guarantee the consistency both inside of the plant,so the productivity increased geminated.
